Ich war gestern mit meiner Freundin drin. Das kino war bis zum letzten Sitz ausverkauft! Man möchte meinen, dass ein (Anti)Kriegsdrama etwas für das männliche Geschlecht ist. Nix da! Es waren mindestens genausoviel Frauen wie Männer im Kino! Der Film war ab 12, in Amerika ab 17. Geschnitten? Nein. Die Amerikaner sind da ziemlich streng wenn es nackte Haut zu sehen gibt. Es gab die eine oder andere "pornographische" Szene, was in Deutschland eben nicht so eng gesehen wird.
Schauspielerisch hat Jarhead auch was zu bieten:
Jake Gyllenhaal (Donnie Darko) und Jamie Foxx (Collateral) sind für ihre Rollen gerade zu geschaffen! Jamie Foxx war in seinem früheren Leben anscheinend schon Staff Instructor, denn wer scheißt seinen Rekruten schon noch NACH dem Tod an?
Der Film zeigt das Leben im Irak Krieg 1991 aus der Sicht von ein paar Marines die NICHT an der Front kämpfen. Am Ende wird die Truppe kurz zur Front geschickt, aber der Krieg selbst steht nicht im Vordergrund. Lange märsche, Patroullien (spelling?), Training, Langeweile und Blödeleien dagegen stehen auf der Tagesordnung ganz weit oben.
Die erste Hälfte des Films wirft mit Lachern gerade zu um sich. Rekruten/Militär Humor vom Feinsten! Ich hätte den Film nur zu gerne auf Englisch gesehen! Das wird dann wohl bis zum DVD Release warten müssen, denn diesen Film muss ich einfach in meiner Sammlung haben.
Fazit: Endlich mal wieder ein Must-See Movie, nach der eher lauen Liebesfilm und Komödien flaute, die diesen Winter dominiert hat!
Meine Freundin und ich waren (wie alle anderen Kinobesucher) vom Film begeistert. Man möchte eigentlich einfach sitzen bleiben und den Film gleich nochmal anschauen.

den Soundtrack brauch ich auch Unbedingt .Hast du schonmal irgendwie ne Ahnung wie dsass Lied heißt halt dieses "ho ho hohoho" ?XD

So ich war gestern abend auch im Film und fand ihn ebenfalls sehr gut.
Stellenweise habe ich mich fast totgelacht und es war mal wieder einer von den Filmen, bei denen man hinterher denkt
Gut, dass ich damals Zivi gemacht habe

@Cali: Ich denke mal, dass zwischen Bund und Marines ein kleiner Unterschied besteht.

komme grad aus dem kino, nen wirklich feiner film
"Es sehe da etwas das sieht aus wie´n Schwanz, nur kleiner" zu geil ^^

wer danach weitermachen will kann von mir aus in' Sack hauen.
In meiner Stadt sind die Navy Seals stationiert,
so ein hartes Leben haben die Brüder auch nicht, wenn sie immer mit mir einen saufen gehen können

Ich hab das nicht auf ein hartes Leben bezogen. Eher darauf, dass Rookies beim Bund nicht so viel zu befürchten haben wie bei den Marines ^^

hab den Film auch gesehn, im ersten moment erscheint er wie eine kriegskomodie.
Aber eigentlich it der Film wirklich ein Hammer.
Kritisch bis zum Geht nicht mehr.
mag den film, war echt mal wieder ein guter film.
