Not direktly in the game but if you can create quests you can edit everything in the quests and then you only have to get the quest in the game. I think with a bit knowledge you could get Flow running around in forest and I expect you could also change the drop rates, because you can make an area to a "non-dropping" area. <--I don't know if the word was right but I'm sure you can understand it

sorry but you're wrong. in cube and xbox version its banned but you can get in in blue burst! the droprate was set by sega to 1/64 from 0/64 first ^^

If DF could drop, he won't drop according to his droptable entry, because there are no special tag on his object.
The RR maybe only aquireable inside a quest if SEGA is creating one.

I am able to create quests for PSO and edit everything...

lol are you a hacker? nobody can edit "everything" in a game like this lol the droprate is officially 1/64 for the Red Ring. I dont found one by myself because I play Ep4 all the time but a lot of friends got it and sega (clumsyorchid) told it too in the official psobb boards so you can read it by yourself and shut up with your lies ^^

Nochwas gerade wegen solchen Leute bin ich auf dem Japan Server gegangen Kein Mensch auf dem Japan Server hat einen Red Ring gefunden sicha gibt es eine alter version von Red Ring und neue Version von Red Ring und alle zwei sind in PSOBB Illegal auser ihr habt auf dem USA Server eure eigenen Rägeln !
