The beta test is like always a "japanese only".

Release Dates:

Japan: 4. Quarter 2003
Amerika: 1. Quarter 2004
Europa: 1. Quarter 2004

The import shop price will be around 65-75 â‚¬
The latest info is that you need just one Hunters License for Episode1&2 and Episode3 on Gamecube
